Get ready to fire up those smokers and compete for over $1500 in prize money and growing! We’re looking for the best of the best to showcase their smoking skills and tantalize taste buds.
This is a ribs only competition. Be prepared to cook 9-12 racks of St. Louis style pork ribs and interact with the public as this is a judging and peoples choice competition!
